We organize low-income workers to fight for dignity and fair labor standards. We successfully campaigned for the New York Domestic Workers Bill of Rights, the first legislation in the country to recognize the rights and dignity of domestic workers.
We conduct workshops on labor laws, English classes, and skill-building trainings to raise awareness, organize, and develop leadership of low-income workers.
We assist workers seek redress when their rights are violated. Our members have successfully recovered stolen wages.
