PUBLISHED DECEMBER 2014. The first portion of this report documents the best practices and challenges of the Eldercare Dialogues, a two-year long process to bring together elders, direct care workers, and their family members. The second half of the report is a toolkit that provides insights and guidelines for how others can conduct a similar Dialogue process in their community.
